Mindlytic AI Inc. ("Mindlytic") is a Delaware C-Corp headquartered at 110 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Our delivery affiliate, Mindlytic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is registered at 1/A Dan Ashish Society, Chiku Vadi Char Rasta, Dhanmora, Rangdarshan Road, b/h Anath Ashram, Katargam, Surat, India. We act as data controller for our website and as a data processor for client engagements.
On our website, we collect information you give us through forms (name, email, company, role, project description), and limited usage data via Plausible Analytics (a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool). We do not run advertising trackers, do not set marketing cookies, and do not embed third-party fingerprinting scripts.
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries and run client engagements. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages help and which don't. We retain inquiry data for 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an active engagement exists.
For client engagements, we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and process data only to the extent specified by the engagement. We do not train foundation models on client data. We do not retain client data after the engagement ends except where contractually required.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share with sub-processors only where necessary (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics) and bind them to confidentiality and security terms equivalent to ours. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Under GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act 2023, and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your information. Email sales@mindlyticai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We follow ISO 27001 controls. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II in progress, with audit completion expected Q4 2026.
Data may be transferred between our US and India offices under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent transfer mechanisms. Specific transfer details are documented in our DPA template.
